Who is this event for?

The Mindful Athlete Event is designed for CrossFit athletes, gym owners, and anyone looking to strengthen their mental resilience, improve mindfulness, and develop leadership skills that enhance performance both in the gym and in life.

What will I gain from attending?

Attendees will learn practical tools for building mental toughness, cultivating resilience, and leading with intentionality. Through guided meditation, journaling, and mindfulness techniques, you’ll leave equipped to elevate your athletic performance and personal well-being.

What does the daily schedule look like? Do I need to bring anything?

Bring a change of clothes to workout in. Each day runs from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, featuring engaging sessions on mental fitness, breathwork, and resilience training. Optional group workouts and a casual hangout will follow each day’s programming, offering additional time to connect and unwind.

Do I need any prior experience with breathwork or meditation?

No experience is necessary! The event is designed to meet you where you are, whether you're a seasoned practitioner or exploring mindfulness for the first time. The sessions provide step-by-step guidance for athletes and leaders at all levels.

What's included in the price of the ticket?

Your ticket includes access to all workshops and sessions led by Chris Irwin and Ben Bergeron, event materials, and the opportunity to participate in optional group workouts and hangouts. Meals and travel accommodations are not included.
