Look For

  • Toes To Bar:  Look for athletes to push the bar down as they raise the legs, this allows athletes to be more efficient in their kip.
  • Push-Ups:  Keep an eye for athletes starting to lower the hips throughout their reps.  We want the body to stay in a straight line.
  • Run:  The runs are short, but shouldn't be treated as an all out sprint, we want the runs to give us a break from our movements inside.

"The smallest flower is a thought, a life answering to some feature of the Great Whole, of whom they have a persistent intuition."

Every small thought or action is part of a greater whole, contributing to the universe’s intricate design.
